We endeavour to dispatch all our orders within 2 Working Days from Devon, UK via Royal Mail.

Please bear with us and allow a little longer during busy periods (promotional periods, Christmas).

Please note: Import duty is the responsibility of the buyer.

For International orders please allow up to four weeks for your order to arrive, as customs may hold items for a period of time which is out of our control. 

*The package may be subject to taxes, fees, customs duty, levies or other changes as a result of local legislation or customs once the package reaches its destination. Any such additional charges must be borne by the recipient. We’re afraid we have no control over and cannot take responsibility for local customs charges. You may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Please note you are responsible for any customs charges related to your shipment if these apply.

RETURNS

If an item you have ordered is damaged, please let us know immediately. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund on any damaged product returned to us within 14 days of your receipt, provided it is returned in its original packaging, in an unopened and unused condition. Quote your name and order number when emailing hello@moksa.co.uk We will provide you with a returns address and make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered free of charge or send you a refund. 

Please be aware that we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in a non-saleable condition.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
