At make. we currently offer month long pop-ups without a long-term commitment. The space is fully staffed by us so does not have to be attended by you, as we know first hand that makers have other commitments. But if you prefer to be in the space to greet and chat with customers about your work then that’s ok too - we are pretty flexible!

We welcome a mix of makers, brands, artists and creatives into the space, and all bookings are taken by application. We aim to respond to applications within 3-7 working days.

Worried about filling the entire space? How about sharing with other makers for an entire month? We’ve trialled a month long collective and feel that it gives much more exposure and works with a curated selection of makers. We’ve also decided to ogger tiered rentals to help out both emerging makers, those a bit more established and all in between.

Rates for the full month:

Mar – June

• Core Maker: 2 core makers with 3/4 prominent shelves each £200.

• Collective Maker: 2 collective makers with 2 shelves each £150.

• Emerging Maker: for makers who have been going less than one year - a dedicated shelf/alcove area £100.

• Artist in Residence: one artist with use of the full wall space £200.

Booking period: 1st of the month - the last calendar day.

Setup + Pack Down: We will send set up information nearer to the time of the pop-up but generally set up is on the 1st day of the month and pack down is the last.

Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your spot.

Balance: The remaining balance is due one week before your opening date.

Included in the space: Dedicated retail/exhibition/event space with own shop front. Flexible display shelving, hanging hooks and table/s.
