At make. we offer short-term pop-up rentals from 1 to 4 weeks, giving you the freedom to bring your ideas to life without a long-term commitment. The space is fully staffed by us so does not have to be attended by you, as we know first hand that makers have other commitments. But if you prefer to be in the space to greet and chat with customers about your work then that’s ok too - we are pretty flexible!

We welcome a mix of makers, brands and creatives into the space, and all bookings are taken by application. We aim to respond to applications within 3-7 working days.

Month-long bookings will receive a 10% discount.

Rates:

Jan – Feb: £250 per week
Mar – Dec: £300 per week

Booking period: Monday to Sunday.

Setup: Changeover happens on Monday morning. You will need to set the space up and ensure it’s ready to go by 10am.

Closing: Please ensure your pop-up is packed down by the end of your final day on Sunday.

Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your spot.

Balance: The remaining balance is due one week before your opening date.

Included in the space: Dedicated retail space with own shop front. Flexible display shelving and table, plus use of chairs for hosting workshops.
