How to use:

Start by dispensing 3-5 pumps of the Cleansing Oil into your palm. Gently warm between palms.

Cup you palms together and take 3 slow, breaths to inhale the relaxing aroma.

Apply all over face, and take the time to really give yourself a good massage, working the product deep into the skin layers.

Engage in Abhyanga

Embrace the principles of Abhyanga, an Ayurvedic self-massage. Use slow, deliberate strokes to encourage lymphatic drainage and relax facial muscles. Be mindful of your dosha's specific needs:

Vata: Use gentle, nurturing motions to soothe dryness and promote relaxation.

Steam and Cleanse

Soak your soft organic cloth with warm water and wring it out. Gently place the cloth over your face, allowing the steam to open your pores and facilitate deeper cleansing. Wipe away the oil with gentle, upward motions. For exfoliation use the other side of the cloth.
