Nidra | Sleep Calming Mist 100ml - Our Organic Calming Mist is the perfect go to product for a quick burst of goodness, helping to soothe, refresh and calm sensitive skin. It’s also a pillow spray so just spritz some onto your pillow and around your bedroom before you sleep for a restful and restorative night’s sleep.

Wild Rose Facial Elixir 30ml - This carefully formulated, multi-award-winning and bestselling facial oil helps to replenish and protect your skin’s natural moisture levels whilst soothing and calming both face and mind. Organic Cotton Cleansing Cloth - Our cleansing cloth is made of 100% organic cotton, one side exfoliating muslin and the other a gentle brushed cotton. One side is the muslin texture which is so effective for gentle exfoliating when washing your face or removing makeup or face masks. The other side is brushed cotton which is beautifully soft, fluffy and absorbent and will gently clean even the most sensitive skins.

Start with putting a few drops of the Shanti | Peace Essence Blend in your diffuser or you can just add a couple of drops to your bath, to really set the mood. Grab a good book, put your phone on silent , make yourself comfortable and take a few moments to just be.

Massage | Once you've calmed your mind, use the Surya | Sunshine Body Oil to give yourself an all over body massage. In Ayurveda this is called Abhyanga and is a really beautiful way of connecting to yourself. It will also get your lymphatic system energised and ready to get rid of any build up of toxins. Start from your feet and work your way up.

If you’re short of time, just take a moment to massage one particular area that you feel needs a bit of tlc.

Tip: make sure to drink plenty of water after any massage.
